Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Rescheduling Policies
Classes may be subject to postponement due to low enrollment or other unforeseeable reasons. Osika Technologies, Incorporated and Osika Tech - Ghana, hereby referred to as “the school” reserves the right to reschedule a course at any time without prior notice to students. If a class is rescheduled, the school will assume responsibility for contacting a student in the event that a class needs to be rescheduled.

Corporate Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations more than five (5) business days before the class, will receive a full refund. If cancellation is less than five (5) business days notice but more than 24 business hours, a refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation fee. No refund will be issued for no-shows, or if cancellation is less than 24 business hours notice. This policy applies to ALL courses. Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in termination from the class/course.

Individual Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should students be terminated or cancel for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule. A student must notify the school in writing of their intention to withdraw. All monies will be refunded if the school does not accept the applicant or if the student cancels within three (3) business days after signing the enrollment agreement and making initial payment. Cancellation after the third (3rd) business day, but before the first class, will result in a refund of all monies less 10% paid. Cancellation after attendance has begun but prior to 50% completion of the program will result in a pro rated refund computed on the number of hours completed to the total program hours. Cancellation after completing 50% of the program will result in no refund.

Termination Date:
The termination date for refund computation purposes is the last date of actual attendance by the student unless earlier written notice is received. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice. A student can be dismissed at the discretion of the director of the school for insufficient progress, non-payment of cost, or failure to comply with rules. By submitting the online registration form, you are agreeing fully to these terms and conditions as well as any additions and or omissions made by the school. The school reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice to students and or clients.
